Refund and Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return if:
- The item was purchased within the last 2 days.
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Exceptions: Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Sale or clearance items.
2. Process for Returns
To initiate a return:
- Contact our Customer Service team at support@egovas.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on where to send the item.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Partial Refunds: May apply if:
- The item shows signs of use.
- The item is missing parts not due to our error.
4. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 2 days of receipt to arrange an exchange.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the stated timeframe:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement.
- Contact your bank or credit card company for processing delays.

6. Cancellations
You can cancel your order before it is shipped for a full refund. Once the item has been shipped, you will need to initiate a return after receiving the item.
